Innate Values Ltd. was founded by Guy Hutton in 2023.

Guy has 30 years experience in academia, in consulting and as an international civil servant with the World Bank and with UNICEF. He has lived and worked in many countries from the USA, Latin America and Europe to Africa and Asia.

Guy is an economist, with expertise in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), water resources, health, environment and climate adaptation.

His work in these fields has led to over 170 publications covering international reports, journal articles, book chapters, agency think pieces, and blogs.

Drawing on a vast network of collaborators, Innate Values can mobilise a wide range of experts to conduct assignments and contribute expertise.
